The Design Build department at Ironside consists of a multidisciplinary team made up of engineers, designers, electricians, metal fabricators, and a variety of other specialized groups. We have the capabilities and facility to take on custom design builds of all sizes.
From conception to completion, we handle every aspect of a design-build project for our customers. As part of the conceptual stage, we look after feasibility studies and risk assessment before moving onto the design of the project. The conceptual process is meant to help us preempt any complications that may arise from the design layout, during the build process, or even while out on the field during testing. Once this process has been completed, we move onto the quoting process and finalizing the design.

Once designed, we begin execution planning and scheduling. Our multidisciplinary engineering team specializes in mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls, as well as 2D and 3D designs.
The project back-end support focuses on the final phase of the design-build which includes shop testing, field supervision, construction management, commissioning, start-up, and as-built drawings.
